Sand Creek Community Schools will be accepting school of choice applications for the 2nd semester of the 2022/2023 school year through December 22, 2022.

Applications are available by clicking here or by contacting either office. You must complete a separate application for each child.

Completed applications need to be turned into the Administration Office at 6518 Sand Creek Hwy.; Sand Creek, MI 49279.
