BACK TO SCHOOL REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS FOR RETURNING STUDENTS
Back to School Registration for returning students will open on Sunday, July 27th. Please do NOT enter a new student application in the meantime.
Teachers and Student Schedules will be released on Monday, August 4th.
Current students returning to Sand Creek Community Schools are required to complete the following:
GOOGLE FORMS:
Sand Creek Registration (per student) REQUIRED
Student Health Questionnaire (per student) REQUIRED
Transportation Registration (per family) REQUIRED
Medication Authorization (if applicable; must be signed by physician)
Volunteer Form (if applicable)
INFINITE CAMPUS PARENT PORTAL UPDATE - log in, click on More, Online Registration, Existing Student Registration, Start
PLEASE NOTE:
If your address has changed, you are REQUIRED to provide an updated proof of residency with your new address before we approve that change in Infinite Campus.
If your address has changed and you are moving outside of the Sand Creek School District, you will also be required to complete a School of Choice application for each student.
Acceptable forms proving residency include:
Mortgage documents that prove ownership
Copy of property tax statement
Copy of a lease agreement
Utility bill that provides address and name match up
