Sand Creek's Varsity Equestrian Team is State bound once again!
We would like to congratulate the Varsity Equestrian Team on their recent Class C Regional Championship and wish them the best of luck as they travel to Midland to compete in the MIHA State Championship Competition this from Thursday-Sunday.
This is the 4th year in a row the team has earned the right to compete in the State Championship and they have previously finished in 3rd, 4th and 5th place overall.

After a dominant victory earning the team a District Championship, they won a tightly contested Regional competition by just 4 points demonstrating that they most definitely can perform under pressure as well. That experience helped prepare them for the tough competition they will see at the state level.
This year's team:
Sophomore, Jill Emery. (2nd year state qualifier)
Juniors, Mady Kay and Peyton Luck. (3rd year state qualifiers)
Seniors, Ava Brighton and Lindsey Justice. (4th year state qualifiers)
Good luck and go Aggies!

On Monday, the 7th grade football team scrimmaged Leslie and once again showed toughness and grit. With only 14 players, this group of 7th graders continues to impress, competing hard even when outnumbered and facing combined 7th and 8th grade teams. The coaching staff is very proud of their effort and looks forward to traveling to Napoleon on October 8th.
