This week in athletics

Middle school cheer practice is cancelled for today, 9/19.

Yesterday the 7th grade football team traveled to Addison and showed what true grit is all about. The team played tough despite the loss, and the coaching staff is proud of everyone’s effort and continued growth. Kolton Shadewald had an interception, and Sebastian Ekstrom led the way with several hard runs. We’re looking forward to our home opener vs Quincy on September 24th.

Sand Creek Schools will be doing a Lock Down drill at 1:30 p.m. on Friday, September 19th. This is only a drill.

The Lady Aggies battled the heat last night at Wolf Creek Golf Club and did awesome. Taylor McLaughlin came in 5th place and Dallas “Big D” Pilarski shot a personal best and came in 12th. Way to go ladies, Coach Driskill is super proud of you. Go Aggies!!!

A tough loss for the Lady Aggies volleyball team last night as they took on Summerfield. The Aggies fought valiantly but came up short.
