
On Tuesday night the Varsity Boys & Girls Track teams competed at home against Britton Deerfield. The boys defeated Britton Deerfield by a score of 82-55, and the girls defeated Britton Deerfield by a score of 108-14. Great job everyone!

The JH girls track team won against LCS and Morenci on Monday night. With a score
of SC 77 vs LCS 14 & SC 56 vs Morenci 52. Top performers were Naomi Gust, Quinn

The Lady Aggies lost a tough one against Madison 10 to 6. Leading the Aggies offensively was Sydney Marks with 3 hits, 3 runs scored and 2 RBI’s. Makenna Wheeler added 2 hits and 2 RBIs while Maddie Osburn added 2 hits and 1 RBI. Mckenzie Hammack added 1 hit and 2 runs scored.

Parker Strahan took the loss on the mound. As 4 pitchers got work tonight. Noah Czerniejewski threw 3 innings with 3 strikeouts. Caden Glinski threw 2 1/3 innings and Carter Bettcher threw an inning.
Offensively
Ivan Wilkinson was 1-2 with a home run 2 runs scored and 2 walks. Jackson Sutherland was 2-2 with a double and 1 RBI. Tucker Hulett had a double and an RBI.

Ruth McGregor Elementary is CLOSED today due to a building issue. The Preschool Open House scheduled for tonight at 6pm is also canceled, but will be rescheduled for a later date.

On Saturday the Varsity Boys & Girls Track teams competed at the 15 team Ralph Crume Pittsford Invitational. The girls finished in 7th place and the boys in 10th place.

This week in athletics:


The JH girls track team lost against Morenci Wednesday night with a score of 58-42.
Top performers were Memphis Kern-Ruesink, Pepper Howard, Rylee Conn, and Aurora
Krueger.

The lady Aggies' softball team picked up a couple of wins against Quincy yesterday in two 5 inning games. In game 1 the Aggies scored 2 in the bottom of the first and held on for a 2 to 1 win. Maddie Osburn and Makenna Wheeler scored the runs. Carley Allen and Erin Alexander had a hit a piece. Wheeler picked up the win in the circle giving up 1 run on 5 hits and 8 strikeouts. The Aggies escaped a one out bases loaded jam in the bottom of the 5th when Wheeler struck out the #3 hitter and Osburn picked off the runner at third. In game 2, Osburn led the Aggies offensively with 3 hits and 3 RBI’s. Lily Hawkins added a hit and scored 3 runs. Allen and Alexander added a hit and 2 runs a piece. Hawkins picked up the win going 4 innings with no runs and no hits and 7 strikeouts.

Parker Strahan started the game pitching 4 innings with 3 strikeouts with 0 walks Offensively Ivan Wilkinson was 3-4 with a HR and double and 6 RBIs. Andon Sutherland was 3-4 with 3 runs scored. Dane Morrin 2-4 with 2 runs scored. Parker Strahan was 2-3.

Softball
The lady Aggies dropped a pair to Dundee on Thursday losing 6 to 0 in game 1 and 17 to 1 in game 2. The Aggies were held hitless in game 1. Makenna Wheeler had another strong outing on the mound giving up no earned runs and striking out 7. In game 2, the Aggies had hits from Maddie Osburn, Wheeler, Erin Alexander and Makayla Six. Alexander drove in Wheeler for the lone run and Six recorded her first varsity hit.
