Coming up in athletics:
JV and varsity boys basketball will begin practice on 11/11 from 3:15-5:00.
Tryouts will be held Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
High school winter sports teams begin practice on November 11th. Practices will be held for the following teams: competitive cheerleading, boys basketball, and wrestling.
High school bowling will begin practice on November 14th and high school girls basketball will begin practice on November 18th.
Additionally, the winter sports parent meeting scheduled for Thursday, November 14th has been cancelled. Each team will have their own parent meeting. Watch for communication from your athlete's coach.
Thanksgiving Food Baskets will be distributed on Monday, November 25th. Thank you to Sand Creek Telephone Company for once again partnering with Sand Creek Community Schools to help those in need this holiday season.

Calling all Veterans! Ruth McGregor Elementary is hosting a Veteran's Day celebration on Monday, November 11th at 1:30 p.m.
For those attending the varsity football game at Reading this evening, here is some information to keep in mind. The football field is on State St. in Reading.
Also, on the visitor's side there is a lot of open space but not a lot of provided seating. Feel free to bring chairs. Have fun cheering on our Aggies!!

The winter sports season is right around the corner! Student, family, and senior TCC passes are all available for purchase on MySchoolBucks.com, at the gate for home games, or in the high school office.
The Sand Creek Sophomores are still selling cozy Sand Creek Aggie blankets! All orders need to be placed on MySchoolBucks by November 15th. Blankets will arrive before Christmas, making them the perfect gift.

Madalynn Trame ran an amazing race and finished in 8th place at the Regional Cross Country Meet. She has qualified for the State Meet at MIS next Saturday @ 11:30 AM. Her time placed her as the 7th fastest girl in Sand Creek history. Way to go Madalynn!

The final regular season volleyball game will be held tomorrow, 10/29. The Aggies will host the Summerfield Bulldogs starting with the JV game at 5:00 followed by the varsity game. It is also Senior Night so come out and cheer on your favorite senior volleyball player!
7th and 8th grade boys basketball will start practice on Tuesday, October 29th. 7th grade: 3-4:30; 8th grade: 4:30-6:00.
Athletes must have a valid physical on file, dated on or after April 15, 2024 in order to participate.
Mark your calendar to come out and watch Sand Creek Community Schools production of Disney Aladdin Kids.
This elementary student production, directed by Dr. Virginia Stewart, will be in the Sand Creek Jr/Sr High School gym on November 8th at 6 p.m. and November 9th at 2 p.m.
You won't want to miss it!

96.5 The Cave will be broadcasting from Sand Creek High School tomorrow morning, Friday, 10/25. They will be interviewing coaches and athletes from 7:00-9:00 a.m. so be sure to tune in!
