After two weeks, we’re proud of how our 8th Grade Boys Leadership Group is going. These young men have shown great effort, focus, and teamwork as they’ve taken on this challenge together. This past week, they worked on communication and listening skills as part of developing strong leadership. We’re excited to see their continued growth and are looking forward to the final two weeks!

The Annual Sand Creek PTO Fun Night is fast approaching and the PTO is excited again to be able to host this huge event!

This year, the Halloween-Themed Fun Night will take place at the school on Friday, April 10, from 6:00-8:30 pm. The school will be filled with games, inflatables, outside events and games, food trucks and of course the ever famous cake walk!

This event takes a village to put on and successfully run, so we are again this year asking for volunteers to help run games, take tickets, run cake walk and some other volunteer jobs. Please sign up to help by using the QR code or the following link:

Thank you to our awesome Athletic Director, Mrs. Danna! For stepping into the Athletic Director role in the middle of the fall season and doing so with such professionalism and dedication. Taking on that responsibility during a busy time is no small task, and your leadership, organization, and support of our student-athletes and coaches have not gone unnoticed. We truly appreciate the positive impact you’ve made in such a short time.

To Mr. Serin and Mr. Sutherland - your hard work keeps our schools and grounds safe, clean, and welcoming every single day. Whether it’s fixing what’s broken, preparing our buildings for students and staff, or quietly solving problems before anyone even notices, your dedication truly makes a difference. Our schools could not function without you, and we are deeply grateful for all that you do!

On Monday, March 2, the Varsity Girls Basketball team concluded their season by playing Clinton in the 1st round of Districts. The Lady Aggies played great team defense and fought all the way to end. The game was a single digit game late into the 3rd quarter, but Clinton pulled away to win by a score of 33-14. Standout performances were delivered by Macie Smith with 6 points, Elise Wilkinson with 8 rebounds, Maddy Trame with 13 deflections, and Brielle Nichelson with 5 steals. Good defensive performances were turned by Erin Alexander and Toree Williams. Coach Zyla would like to thank everyone for a great season.
