After much anticipation, 2022-2023 yearbooks have been distributed for those who ordered last school year. Graduates of the class of 2023 can pick up their yearbooks in the main office of the jr./sr. high school. If you missed the opportunity to order your yearbook last school year, please contact Erika Scheu (erika.scheu@sc-aggies.us).
On Saturday, September 9th the Sand Creek Marching Band, along with the Ida Marching Band, will be performing at the Tiger's Entrance prior to the start of the Detroit Tigers baseball game versus the Chicago White Sox. Lifetouch Picture Day for the Jr./Sr. high school is next Wednesday, September 6th. Watch for the picture packet to come home with your student today.
The JV football game originally scheduled for tonight at Quincy has been rescheduled. The game will now be held at Sand Creek on Friday, August 25th at 5:00. The varsity football game vs. Quincy will follow the JV game.
UPDATE
Due to excessive heat, Meet the Teams for tonight has been cancelled and rescheduled for Monday August 28 from 6:30 - 8:00.
The varsity cross country meet for today has been cancelled, practice will be 3-4:15.
JH cross country practice is cancelled for today. The parent meeting will be at 5:00 in the cafeteria on Monday, August 28th.
JV and V football will practice tonight at 8:00.
The JV football game at Quincy will be held at 7:30 tomorrow night.
The JH football team will practice tonight at 3:00 and on Friday from 4:30-6:00 and the parent meeting will be on Monday, August 28th at 6:00 at the pavilion.
SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT:
Due to the extreme heat expected tomorrow, Thursday August 24th, we will be moving to a half day of school. Jr/Sr HS students will be released at 11:30am and elementary students will be released at 11:45am.

- Sand Creek Schools Bond Issue Proposal Information Night will be held Tuesday, August 8th at 7 p.m. in the Don Harlan library
- Registration packets are available for pick-up from the school office starting Monday, August 7th. Upon return and completion of the packets, students will receive schedules and teacher assignments.
- High School Band Camp - August 7th-9th and 14th-15th: 8 a.m. - 2 p.m.
- Special Board Meeting - Monday, August 14th at 6 p.m.
