The Aggie Academic and Career Counseling Center would like to encourage you to sign up for the Michigan Achievement and FAFSA webinars offered by the Michigan Department of Treasury. Both of these events are free and open to the public. Spots are limited and registration is required. There are multiple dates still available. If you have a student that plans to attend a college or trade school this is information you won’t want to miss! ATTENTION Parents & Families of the Class of 2024! Commencement for the graduating seniors will be held on Thursday, May 23, 2024 at 7pm under the lights at Ayers Field. In the event of inclement weather, commencement will be moved into the HS gym. Please call the HS Office with any questions.

After much anticipation, 2022-2023 yearbooks have been distributed for those who ordered last school year. Graduates of the class of 2023 can pick up their yearbooks in the main office of the jr./sr. high school. On Saturday, September 9th the Sand Creek Marching Band, along with the Ida Marching Band, will be performing at the Tiger's Entrance prior to the start of the Detroit Tigers baseball game versus the Chicago White Sox. The JV football game originally scheduled for tonight at Quincy has been rescheduled. The game will now be held at Sand Creek on Friday, August 25th at 5:00. The varsity football game vs. Quincy will follow the JV game.
UPDATE
Due to excessive heat, Meet the Teams for tonight has been cancelled and rescheduled for Monday August 28 from 6:30 - 8:00.
The varsity cross country meet for today has been cancelled, practice will be 3-4:15.
JH cross country practice is cancelled for today. The parent meeting will be at 5:00 in the cafeteria on Monday, August 28th.
JV and V football will practice tonight at 8:00.
The JV football game at Quincy will be held at 7:30 tomorrow night.
The JH football team will practice tonight at 3:00 and on Friday from 4:30-6:00 and the parent meeting will be on Monday, August 28th at 6:00 at the pavilion.
SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT:
Due to the extreme heat expected tomorrow, Thursday August 24th, we will be moving to a half day of school. Jr/Sr HS students will be released at 11:30am and elementary students will be released at 11:45am.
