The 7th grade boys basketball team dominated the LCS Cougars on Monday night, winning 50-16 at home. The Aggies, who were down 2 players, played tough defense and out-rebounded the Cougars.
All 6 players scored for the Aggies. Kolton Shadewald and Bryce North scored in the double digits while Mason Carmody and Benji Kay each chipped in 9 and 6 points respectively.
The 8th grade boys basketball team fought hard to the end against a very good Lenawee Christian team as they were defeated by the Cougars, 38 - 31. The Aggies got out to a great start, but were not able to sustain their lead. Leading in scoring were Brady Williams with 14 pts and Emerson Walsh with 9.

The 7th grade boys basketball team hosted Britton-Deerfield on Wednesday. The boys played well but ultimately came up short against the Tories losing the game 40-29. Kolton Shadewald had a career night with 18 points and Bryce North chipped in 6 for the Aggies.

The 8th grade boys basketball team won in commanding fashion, beating the Wildcats of Pittsford 44 – 22. The Aggies got out and ran early and often led by Treyden Disbrow pushing the ball and controlling the tempo of the game. Three different players were in double digits scoring led by Emerson Walsh with 13pts, Clayton Jones with 11pts, and Brady Williams with 10pts. Defensively, Patrick Alexander made many steals and deflections which led to transition opportunities.

The 7th grade boys basketball team travelled to Summerfield last night to take on the Bulldogs. A slow start to the game hampered the Aggies but they rebounded well and chipped away at the lead, but eventually came up short and the Bulldogs pulled away with the victory.
Kolton Shadewald, Bryce North, Benji Kay, Mason Carmody and Layne Emerson all scored for the Aggies.

The 8th grade boys basketball team fought hard to the end against a very good Summerfield team as they were defeated by the Bulldogs, 27 - 23. The young Aggies continued to fight and were able to scrap and claw their way into the game on a night where baskets were hard to come by. Leading in scoring were Brady Williams with 9 and Patrick Alexander with 8.

The 7th grade boys basketball team played a tough Whiteford Bobcats team Wednesday night at home. The boys had a strong 1st half but some tough second half defense by the Bobcats slowed down the Aggie momentum with Whiteford pulling away for the win. The Aggies were lead in scoring by Mason Carmody and Toby Willet chipped in a late 4th quarter bucket for Sand Creek.

The 8th grade boys basketball team fought hard in a very physical game against a very good Whiteford team as they were defeated by the Bobcats, 25 – 18. The young Aggies played great defense all night as they were tied with 3:00 remaining in the game. Scoring for the team was Treyden Disbrow, Brady Williams, Easton Thompson, Emerson Walsh, and Clayton Jones.
The Aggies will travel to Summerfield on Monday night.

The 7th grade boys basketball team had a slow start to the game against Morenci on Monday night but rebounded strong in the second half beating the Bulldogs 41 to 25. The Aggies were led in scoring by Mason Carmody with 13 points and Kolton Shadewald chipped in 11 points in the effort.
The 8th grade boys basketball team opened their season by defeating the Bulldogs with a great defensive effort winning 31 – 16. Leading the scoring attack was Brady Williams, Treyden Disbrow and Easton Thompson. Defensively, Clayton Jones, Patrick Alexander and Emerson Walsh played with great energy all night.

The Aggies have their 1st home game on today against the Whiteford Bobcats.

The varsity volleyball team competes in the first round of MHSAA Districts tonight at Hillsdale High School. They will be facing Onsted at 7:00. Only digital tickets will be accepted and no league passes will be accepted. Let's cheer on our Aggies!

Passes are also available at the gate at any home game. Reminder that student passes are good for the entire 25-26 school year and do not need to be purchased each season.

Last night the Lady Aggies traveled to LCS for a hard-fought battle. The team left everything on the court, showing heart and determination from start to finish, but ultimately came up just short.
