Everyone is doing fine at this time.

o Varsity Softball vs Blissfield
o JV Baseball vs Whiteford
o JH track practice
o No golf practice today. No pictures today. The schedule that was originally planned for today will take place tomorrow with pictures beginning right after school.

The PTO Raffle Ticket fundraiser is well underway. Students not intending to sell their packet of tickets are encouraged to return them to school as soon as possible. This is important for two reasons:
First the PTO is responsible to account for all tickets – sold and unsold – for their raffle license through the state.
Secondly, returning unsold tickets will give students wanting to sell additional tickets the opportunity to do so.

Ruth McGregor Elementary kicked off March is Reading month with a visit from the Cat in the Hat.

We kicked off our elementary day on Tuesday, February 22, 2022 with Mrs. Gilbert explaining why today was an exciting day! She shared what a palindrome was. (A word, number, phrase or other sequence of characters which reads the same way backwards as forwards. Such as dad, 1881, or 2/22/22.
Mrs. Gilbert shared trivia questions with the school around the number 2 and today’s date. We had a hunt for 2’s in the building where classes went on a scavenger hunt for the number 2. Headbands were made by some of our younger students and fun was had by all!

Attention parents of 5th and 6th grade students: We will be having an informational parent meeting to learn more about our 5th/6th grade student camp opportunity.
