• 5/16/24 - Senior Achievement Night @ 7pm

• 5/17/24 - Seniors Last Day

• 5/20/24 - Senior Exams, 6th-8th hours

• 5/21/24 - Senior Exams, 1st-4th hours

• 5/22/24 - Commencement Rehearsal @ 10am, Ayers Field

• 5/23/24 - Commencement @ 7pm, Ayers Field

Thursday, May 23rd, 2024 at 7pm at Ayers Field (weather permitting)

The following obligations must be met prior to picking up your cap & gown, participating in commencement exercises, and receiving your diploma:

1. All supplies, equipment, and library books must be returned.

2. All lockers must be cleaned and approved by Eric Serin or Chris Ondrovick as part of the check out process. 

3. All money owed to Sand Creek Community Schools must be paid.  All student fines; including library, laboratory, lunch etc. must be paid. 

4. All bills for replacement of lost or damaged or purchased books, supplies, and athletic clothing must be paid. Log onto My School Bucks to see fine details and pay invoiced amount. 

   1. PLEASE NOTE: This amount does not include potential student fines; including library, laboratory, lunch, all bills for replacement of lost or damaged or purchased books, supplies, and athletic clothing incurred during senior year.

   2. Students will be notified at graduation rehearsal of any additional senior fines.

5. PER BOARD RESOLUTION:  IN ORDER FOR STUDENTS TO PARTICIPATE IN THE COMMENCEMENT EXERCISE:  ALL THE ABOVE REQUIRED OBLIGATIONS MUST BE MET, PLUS ALL GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS COMPLETED.

Per resolution:  The Sand Creek Board of Education adopted the following dress code for all commencement participants: "All commencement participants must wear dress clothes and dress shoes.  Commencement dress must also comply with the Sand Creek Community Schools student dress code.  "Blue jeans, shorts, and flip flops are prohibited."
