Welcome Future Junior Aggies! This page will provide you with everything you need to know about registering your child for Young Fives or Kindergarten.

AGE REQUIREMENT: Your child must be five (5) years old on or before December 1, 2026 to enroll for Young Fives or Kindergarten for the 2026/2027 school year.

Kindergarten registration is a simple process:

• Select an appoint time: Sign Up Genius

• Complete the online registration via Infinite Campus: Online Registration

• Complete the required registration forms via Google Forms: Sand Creek Registration

• Complete the health questionnaire via Google Forms: Student Health Questionnaire

• Complete the transportation form via Google Forms: Transportation Registration

• Bring your child with you for the kindergarten assessment test

• Submit required documentation when you come to your appointment (see below)

Required Documentation (copies will be made of the birth certificate, proof of residency, and immunization records; with the originals being returned to the parent/guardian)

• Certified Birth Certificate (original or a copy)

• Proof of Residency (utility bill, rental or purchase agreement)

• Immunization Records

• Kindergarten Waiver Form (only for students who will turn five (5) years old between September 1 and December 1, 2026)

• School of Choice Application (for any student who does not reside within the Sand Creek School District)
