Sand Creek Community Schools

Sand Creek Community Schools would like to welcome Jerry (Gerald) Dyson.  Mr. Dyson is our new assistant principal at Sand Creek Jr./Sr. High School.  After attending high school in Cedar Springs, MI he served in the Navy on a naval aircraft in Washington DC.  After completing his Bachelors and Master’s degree from Eastern Michigan University he taught alternative education at Airport Community Schools in Carleton, MI and Jefferson Schools in Monroe. In 2017 he became assistant principal at Jefferson Schools. He enjoys spending time in the outdoors with his family.  Mr. Dyson is married to his wife Kristi and they have 3 children, two daughters and one son.  Mr. Dyson is excited to begin a new chapter, serving Sand Creek Community Schools.
