Before we start making our final decisions for our official Return to School Plan, we need your help. We would like all families to take the Sand Creek Return to School family surveyon our school website and Facebook page. It is very important to our school district to get as much parental feedback as possible on some of the main factors we’re trying to make final decisions on. From the bottom of my Aggie heart, please take the time to access our Return to School family survey by 8am this coming Monday morning. The data from this survey will be used to make Return to School decisions at the county level and at the Sand Creek Community Schools Level.
The Sand Creek school administration will be submitting its Return to School Plan to the Sand Creek Board of Education for approval at our August 10th school board meeting. This does not leave us a lot of time to gather your valuable feedback. That is the reason for the Monday morning survey deadline.
I anticipate being able to share portions of the plan with all of you sometime in the next ten days. This I can tell you, Sand Creek Community Schools currently plans to start school on Monday, August 24th, with a face to face option as well as alternative education options for those who don’t want face to face.
Thank you for your patience during the pandemic. We know you want and need the answers to our Return to School Plan as soon as possible, and we are committed to delivering the answers, options, clarifications, etc. in a timely manner.
