The intent of this communication is to provide all of our families with a better understanding of what Sand Creek Community Schools is doing in regards to all viruses, including the corona virus and influenza: Our custodial staff is currently giving extra attention to the higher risk areas of both school buildings. We plan to continue this process. These deeper cleaning sessions take place when our students are not in school to ensure we are able to cover all of the venerable areas.
Sand Creek Community Schools will stay updated on the state-wide discussions taking place regarding this important issue between MDE, the Department of Health and Human Services, and other organizations. We believe that it is important for us to stay on top of any new information regarding prevention of the Coronavirus.
