Exciting New Programs at Ruth McGregor Elementary

The following programs will be added this upcoming school year (2007-08) at the elementary building:

Developmental Kindergarten - this program is for children five years old on or before December 1, but need an extra year before starting regular kindergarten.  It is often referred to as a "Gift of Time."  It will be held in the afternoon.  Registration forms may be picked up in the elementary office.

Four-year-old preschool - this program will be offered Tuesday through Friday from 8:30-11:00 a.m.  The cost is $30 per week.  Contact the elementary office for details (436-3121).

Kindergarten enrichment - this program is being offered through the YMCA at the elementary school.  It is both an enrichment and child care program.  Tuition is based on the number of days in attendance.  Contact Steve at the YMCA for more information (263-2151).

After School Kidz Club - the YMCA will be offering after school child care from 3:00-6:00 p.m. for students in grades K-6.  Contact Stacia at the YMCA (263-2151) for program details.
